The Defeating Unconscious Bias: 5 Strategies - PEER Version offers a strong and effective resource for educating your people about unconscious bias. The course teaches how to take action to disrupt our own biases. This is a unique program because it not only identifies and raises awareness about unconscious bias, it also teaches how to take concrete action steps to disrupt the biases we all have.

The Defeating Unconscious Bias PEER eLearning course uses 3 video scenarios geared for the exploration of the impact of unconscious bias on our peers. These scenarios are different from those used in the MAIN course, also offered on Open Sesame.

The course includes video scenarios, activities, and exercises to give learners the chance to ground the understanding. The course completes with a 10-question quiz.
